Lets see proof with any allegations of wrong doing by the casino please.

Hei, i have not the best experience with Playgrand Casino. My account is full verified, and now I made a withdraw. For some reason, the name of my bank was misspelled by 1 letter. IBAN, SWIFT, Name, Adres, all the rest was correct. Also it takes 48 hour before they verified the withdraw because they check it manually. What do they check then?? Now they told me if the money is gone?? I wil not receive my withdraw.How can the money be gone? If my bank don't accept it they send it back to the account.  Also I got a email that it would take 2-5 workdays but then live chat told me I can be up to 10. Why do I get this email then?

Its not normal to wait 2,5 weeks for your money, other casinos you almost get it instant. Just hope I wil see my money back
